Homeowners ask us which brands we carry more than almost anything else, usually because they have been burned by a contractor who quoted a name brand and installed something else. Here is the full list of what we build with, by category. If you want a product that is not on it, we will source it.

Belgard authorization is not automatic. It is why we can pass the lifetime manufacturer paver warranty straight through to you instead of leaving you to chase the claim.
ICPI Certified Installers
Our paver crews are certified to the interlocking concrete pavement standard, now administered by the Concrete Masonry and Hardscapes Association. The base and compaction are why a patio still sits flat in year ten.

We are not a single-brand dealer. We specify the product that suits your yard, your budget, and your taste, and we tell you honestly where the price difference is real.
One Company, One Warranty Call
Because we install all of it, there is no finger pointing between trades. If a product fails inside its warranty, we handle the manufacturer claim for you.
Where We Source
The Suppliers Behind Your Build
Good material does not arrive by accident. We buy through the Valley’s established trade suppliers, most of them within a short drive of our Gilbert yard, which is what keeps a build moving when a job needs another pallet on a Thursday afternoon.
Hardscape, irrigation, and landscape material come through SiteOne Landscape Supply, Ewing Outdoor Supply, and ABC Supply. Tile and stone come through Monterrey Tile, whose Gilbert showroom is minutes from our office. Pool material comes through SCP Distributors, National Pool Trends, and Noble Tile Supply. Hearth and BBQ equipment comes through Gilbert Fireplaces and BBQ’s, also here in Gilbert. Plant material comes from Treeland Nurseries in Mesa and A&P Nursery, who have been growing in the East Valley since 1970. Turf comes from TurfHub in Chandler, and natural sod from Evergreen Turf, the Chandler grower that supplies the field at State Farm Stadium.

Questions About the Products We Install
What paver brands does Dream Retreats install?
We install Belgard, Phoenix Paver, Pavestone, Acker-Stone, Artistic Paver, and Superlite Block. We are an Authorized Belgard Contractor and our paver crews are ICPI Certified Installers, which means the pavers carry a lifetime manufacturer warranty and our installation is warrantied for 2 years.
Is Dream Retreats a Belgard authorized contractor?
Yes. We are an Authorized Belgard Contractor and our crews are ICPI Certified Installers. Those two credentials matter for a different reason than the logo: authorization is what lets us pass the manufacturer paver warranty through to you, and ICPI certification covers how the base is built, which is what actually determines whether a patio stays flat.
What grill brands do you install in outdoor kitchens?
Summerset, Delta Heat, Alfresco, Twin Eagles, Hestan, American Outdoor Grill, and Le Griddle. We also build in Alfa and BrickWood pizza ovens. We will walk you through the real differences in burner quality, warranty, and price rather than pushing one line.
What irrigation and smart controllers do you install?
We install Hunter and Rain Bird irrigation, and Rachio smart controllers for app-based watering that adjusts to the weather. Irrigation is warrantied for 2 years, covering valves, lines, emitters, and controllers.
What artificial turf do you install?
We install TurfHub artificial turf, supplied out of Chandler, across lawns, pet areas, and putting greens. Turf carries our longest coverage at 15 years.
What brand of pergola or patio cover do you install?
Duralum, Alumawood, and 4K Aluminum. The warranties differ and it is worth knowing before you choose: Duralum carries a transferable lifetime warranty, 4K carries a 20 year limited warranty, and Alumawood carries a 10 year warranty.
What pool equipment do you install?
We install Pentair and Hayward pumps, filters, and automation. Note that we renovate and remodel existing pools only. We do not install new pools.
Can I pick my own products and brands?
Yes. We are not a single-brand dealer, so if you have a grill, paver, or controller you already want, we will build around it. If you do not have a preference, we specify what fits your yard and budget and explain why.
